Silicone Cellular & Solid

RAND Manufacturing provides die cutting, slitting, and laminating services for silicone material that includes solid silicone sheets, cellular silicone sheets, and EMI shielding. The materials that we source meet the highest standards for quality and are available with third-party test data from the material suppliers.

Silicone Material Types (Sheets)

RAND Manufacturing works with standard and specialty silicones that come in a range of durometers, thicknesses, and colors. These materials are easy to die cut and can be supplied with or without a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA).

These are some of the silicones that we can die-cut, slit, or laminate for you.

These die cut silicones are used in a variety of sealing and gasketing applications. They support roll slitting for cost-effective conversion and adhesive lamination for use in composite structures.

ComMercial and General-Purpose

Silicone material that is designated commercial or general-purpose can be used in a variety of industrial applications.

Electrically Conductive Silicone Sheeting (EMI Shielding)

Silicone material that is filled with metal or metal-coated particles combines electrical conductivity and protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) with environmental resistance. RAND Manufacturing can die cut EMI gaskets from conductive silicones that meet MIL-DTL-83528, a U.S. military specification for elastomeric shielding gaskets.

Fiberglass Reinforced Silicone Sheets

Fiberglass reinforced silicones are a type of solid sheeting that provide added tensile and tear strength. They are used in automotive and aerospace applications as well as industrial gaskets. Like other silicone materials, they maintain their physical properties over a wide temperature range.

Healthcare Grade Silicone Sheets

Healthcare grade silicone sheeting is designed for medical devices and applications that are less than 29 days in the human body and require additional certification. These elastomers meet USP Class VI and FDA requirements for biocompatibility.

Flame Retardant Silicone Sheets

Flame retardant silicone sheets are used in applications where there is contact or potential contact with fire or extremely high heat. They are available in grades that meet UL 94 V0 flammability standards for electronics applications.
