When a customer needed a complete solution, RAND Manufacturing delivered. First, we machined a white Delrin part with threaded holes in various sizes. Then we performed a difficult screen printing description that indicated position-related information. This white plastic cylinder mated with a sub-assembly that included both machined metal and molded components.
