Die Cut LED Gaskets for Environmental Sealing
Die cut gaskets for environmental sealing are made of weather-resistant materials, typically closed cell sponges or foams. They may use pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) for ease of application. These are some of the materials we work with:

Types of Die Cut LED Gaskets
LED Enclosure Gaskets
LED enclosure gaskets, or housing gaskets, seal outdoor LED lighting fixtures against rain, snow, ice, and humidity. They need to withstand compression-set and may need to meet UL 1584, IP 66, or NEMA 4 requirements.
LED Bezel Gaskets
LED bezel gaskets are used with lighting designs such as high mast fixtures and cobra head luminaires. They provide a weather-proof seal.
Thermal Interface Pads
Thermal interface pads promote heat transfer away from the LED driver, a heat source, to a heat sink or heat sink housing. RAND Manufacturing can die cut thermal interface pads from thermally conductive materials that include graphite foil and silicone rubber
Gaskets and Pads for LED Fixture Retrofits
RAND Manufacturing can also die cut gaskets and pads for retrofitting light fixtures in existing LED packages.
